Tamara von Eiff
Director of Business Development
Tamara von Eiff is the Director of Business for New Line Title & Escrow Company. She is instrumental in nurturing business connections and maintaining the professional standing of the company. Acting as the main point of contact for establishing new client relationships, she ensures top-tier boutique escrow services for all transaction participants. With 20+ years of experience in the Title Industry, including extensive tenure in high-profile Law Firms and Title Companies, Tamara’s expertise as a licensed Settlement Officer and Senior Processor is unparalleled.
Tamara pursued Business Management at Towson University in Maryland. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and attending a wide variety of concerts.
Amy Lenderking
Senior Processor
Amy Lenderking is the Senior Processor for New Line Title & Escrow Company. With over 20 years of experience in the title industry, Amy has been making real estate transactions easier since 2001. As a licensed title producer and notary public, Amy has successfully guided clients through the title process to ensure smooth property transfers. With attention to detail and ability to resolve issues, her expertise provides peace of mind that title work will be handled properly and timely. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time tending her vegetable garden, bonfires at home with family and friends and caring for their 2 dogs, 3 cats and chickens.
Stephanie Waugh
Post Closing Coordinator
Stephanie is our Post Closing Coordinator for New Line Title. By trade, Stephanie is a Physical Therapist Assistant, receiving her license to practice in 2015 following her Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University in 2011. A passion for helping others and attention to detail made the switch to title an easy transition. With 4 years of title experience, she has already proven she has a knack for this industry. Stephanie’s ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment makes her a perfect match for ensuring fine details are not missed after settlements have taken place. When she is not at work, Stephanie loves to host friends and family at her home while the bonfire roars. She loves to express her creative side through crafting and watercolor painting, and has now joined the ranks as a full time “hockey mom” to her son.
David E. Miller, Esq.
Underwriting Counsel
David E. Miller serves as Counsel for New Line Title & Escrow Company. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law. David is dedicated to maintaining a superior underwriting practice within this ever-changing industry and effectively meets the needs of supporting staff.
